We are certainly not the most expensive and we are probably not the cheapest but what price would you put on your animals safety, care and stress free travel arrangements, especially as the live goods we carry, often run into thousands of pounds.

We have all the necessary insurances needed, including goods in transit for carrying live goods, public liability and transporting glass. Removals insurance was an optional extra, so we can help place a tank, viv, or equipment in situ, rather than just leaving it at your door, as a normal courier would have to.

With a choice of multi-drop or our Point 2 Point service, we are sure you will be happy choosing our company to transport your animals and related equipment. (Please read the Point 2 Point section, if you are interested in this service, for more details.)  

Any animals that spend the night with us in the vans are checked for comfort and any needing warmth, have it provided. Fresh water and food (at the seller or buyers request) are always available if required. If animals are in the van overnight, so are we. Their safety, comfort and security are our main priority. 

We aim to take the place of you, in doing the collecting, so we would expect nothing less than the utmost care and attention to detail, if we were using this service ourselves.

Our company has Aquarium and Reptile shops, Wholesalers, Hobbyists and the General Public as its customers and regular client base. As we grow and expand, we hope you will be part of the future of JM Couriers.

Payment taken over the telephone by all major cards except Amex & American Express, or cash on delivery. Cheques to clear before any job is undertaken.
