13. Payment options.  Cash on Delivery. Cheque (cheques to clear beforehand, not taken on the day of collection/delivery) or BACS (Bank Transfer or payment into our bank account) All prices will be subject to UK VAT @ 17.5% unless pre arranged 
14. Our service covers a multitude of areas in the UK including Scotland as far as Glenrothes but some parts of Scotland are not accessible due to time contraints. Please contact us, to see if your area is covered by us.
