Alternative method of payment, cheques to clear beforehand, or cash on delivery. Cheques on delivery will not be accepted.

This does not apply to shops, who will be Invoiced in the usual manner.

BOOKING

Sadly, there has been an increasing number of people who book jobs but then fail to let us know that the job has either been cancelled, or the goods have not been paid for, in which case the seller, quite rightly, will not let the goods go.

Sometimes the seller is just not at home for any number of reasons, which is why we ask for contact numbers. We will attempt contact three times and if no reply, we do not attend collection on the off chance that someone may be home, as this is a waste of time, effort and diesel. 

This can apply to deliveries as well. We are a Courier Service, not a mobile Pet Shop. It may not be possible to return any live goods immediately, although we will do our utmost to care and look after what we have on board, there is a chance they might die under which circumstances, we cannot be held accountable. If the seller gets the live goods back, it is the seller who is liable for the 2nd carriage fee of the return journey.
